Bachelor of Science in Health Science; Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Idaho State University, 2014.
Trina was adamant about pursuing a career in Law Enforcement, however, in 2007-2008 she was deployed to Iraq where she earned her EMT-basic and Advanced Combat Lifesaver certification. After duty each day she volunteered to cover shifts at the Base Theater Hospital and witnessed the rehabilitation process. Once home, she redirected her focus and became a PTA. Physical fitness and rehabilitation is her passion and she enjoys working in the home health and outpatient setting.
Trina has been in the US Navy Reserves since 2002 and upholds the core values of Honor, Courage and Commitment. She was a Chief Petty Officer for 7 years, where she was the Senior Enlisted Leader of 90+ Intelligence specialists & Information systems technicians. In 2019, she commissioned as an LDO and is currently serving with the Office of Naval Intelligence Farragut Command Support Unit, overseeing the administration of 4 support units. She is also a local gym owner at Elevate Fitness, where she continues her passion for physical fitness.
Trina is an outdoor enthusiast! She enjoys spending time with her daughter, hiking, golfing, hunting, fishing, camping, RZR Riding and trail running with her dog, Coppy.
