Ryan Hendricks
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Education:
Bachelor of Arts, Pacific Lutheran University, 2003
Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Idaho State University, 2014
Ryan grew up in western Idaho. He has been active in sports since he was young and had a couple of visits to the physical therapist. While studying in North Africa, Ryan helped a colleague whose son had a sensory processing disorder and enjoyed helping him to achieve his goals and navigate his world. His mother, a speech language pathologist, encouraged him to pursue PT. After returning to the United States, he began to research the field and shadow therapists and his love for therapy grew, and continues to grow to this day!
Ryan specializes in assessment and treatment of the geriatric population, especially in the areas of balance, pain management, mobility, strengthening, BPPV treatment, and post-operative recovery. He enjoys helping people achieve their goals and return to activities that they have been dreaming of returning to doing.
Ryan enjoys any athletic venture, especially mountain biking, ultimate frisbee, running, basketball, and wrestling. He loves to spend time with his family and friends camping, fishing, biking, swimming, playing sports, snowmobiling, skiing, or trying a new adventure.
