Kristina was born and raised in Pocatello. She attended Idaho State University and graduated in 2012 with her Bachelor’s of Science and in 2015 with her Doctor of Physical Therapy. She has always had a passion for caring for others, and came to the field of PT after seeing its positive effects on a family member’s life. She specializes in geriatric care, including balance training, strengthening, gait training, and overall helping her patients to achieve their highest quality of life to add more fun to their days or “more spice to life”.
Kristina is a mom to the sweetest little boys (two of them) and three fur babies and loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys back country and cross-country skiing, riding motorcycles, going for weekend adventures, hiking, swimming, and is open water scuba diver certified. She also enjoys gardening, crafting, and interior design in her “free” time.
